David Niebur currently serves as the Director of Operations for the South Region at Capital Express, Inc., a position held since July 2018, overseeing operations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. Previously, David Niebur held multiple roles at Capital Express, including Regional Operations Manager and Director of Operations for Omaha. Additionally, David Niebur was involved with the Omaha Metropolitan Medical Response System from January 2007 to December 2018, serving as Co-Chair of the Transportation Committee, which focused on disaster transportation needs. David Niebur’s earlier career includes service in the United States Army and Army Reserve as an Intelligence Analyst and Combat Communications Specialist from 1985 to 2000.
