Joe Hobbs serves as the Director of Projects & Engineering at Capital Engineering since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing project delivery and engineering operations while acting as a key client liaison. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at Worley from August 2007 to August 2019, including Global Assurance Director, Portfolio Manager, Director of Engineering, and Manager of Construction, contributing to successful business outcomes and fostering a positive assurance culture. Joe began professional career at Syncrude Canada Ltd. as a Civil Structural Engineer/Technologist from June 1988 to September 2005. Educational background includes a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology obtained between 1986 and 1988.
