Shivaan Tandon is a Markets Economist and Emerging Asia Economist at Capital Economics since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst and Research Analyst at The Economist Intelligence Unit from November 2018 to July 2024, as well as a Research Intern in Energy Policy at The Brookings Institution for a brief period in June to August 2017. Shivaan has also interned in Transaction Services at PwC and as a Research Intern at PRS Legislative Research. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Duke University, along with an IB Diploma Programme from The Doon School.
