Sai Lin Naung is an experienced technology consultant and executive with a comprehensive background in enterprise architecture, software engineering, and project management. Currently serving as a Consultant and previously holding roles as Group Chief Technology Officer and Group Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Capital Diamond Star Group since July 2022, Sai has also been the Chief Technology Officer at Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank from October 2018 to June 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Telecom International Myanmar, Telenor Myanmar, Cognizant Technology Solutions, the National Institute of Education in Singapore, and The Crimson, showcasing expertise in system design, software development, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Systems Analysis from the National University of Singapore, along with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics from Yangon Technological University.
