Liza DeJesus, PCAM, CMCA, and AMS, currently serves as Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC since December 2021, where responsibilities include implementing operational procedures and fostering a culture of growth. Previously, Liza held the position of Vice President of Community Management at Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., from February 2017 to November 2021, achieving 100% client retention and doubling regional growth annually through strategic initiatives. Liza's earlier roles include General Manager at Action Property Management, where oversight of luxury high-rise operations and training programs was paramount, as well as Community Association Manager positions at Associa M&C and Walters Management, focusing on compliance and diverse property management. Liza DeJesus earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego in 2006.
