JoAnn Dugan is an accomplished operations manager currently serving the Morrison Ranch Council communities at CCMC since November 2020. Previously, JoAnn held roles as a leasing professional at Sky at Chandler Airpark and as a leasing professional with Greystar. JoAnn's experience also includes serving as business development director at Peoria AZ Chamber of Commerce and community marketing manager at Welcome Wagon, focusing on local business introductions. As a former franchise owner of eight Curves locations and a mentor area director with Curves International Inc., JoAnn has significant expertise in franchise operations. JoAnn holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Baylor University and a cosmetologist degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
