Joel Ginaldi has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Joel started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Vice President at SunTrust Bank, where they worked until 2006. In that year, they joined Capital City Bank Group, Inc. as a Senior Vice President in Business Banking. Joel Ginaldi's expertise lies in business banking, and they have held progressively more senior roles throughout their career.

Joel Ginaldi completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/International Business from Florida State University between 1996 and 1999.
