Christine M. (Green) Powell has over a decade of experience in product implementation and benefit management. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Implementation and Benefit Management at Capital BlueCross since February 2012, Christine has also held roles as a Product Implementation Consultant and a Marketing Communications Consultant within the same organization. Prior to this, Christine worked at United Concordia from January 2007 to February 2012 as a Product Development Analyst. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
