Brandon Pitts is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing information technology systems and service desks. Currently serving as the IT Systems & Service Desk Manager at Capital Bank, N.A. since August 2022, Brandon oversees the planning and operation of the Bank’s IT infrastructure, including communication systems, disaster recovery, and security. Prior to this role, Brandon was the Service Desk Manager at SHRM, leading a team of engineers to support over 600 staff and maintain high-quality service for more than 7000 requests annually.
