Cindy Smith Waite is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in staffing and workforce development. Since July 1997, Cindy has served as the President of Accentuate Staffing, leading the organization in providing recruitment solutions. In addition, Cindy has been a Board of Directors Member for the Capital Area Workforce Development Board since September 2014 and served on the Board of Trustees for The Montessori School of Raleigh from July 2011 to June 2014. Prior experience includes working as an Agency Management Coordinator at IBM and as a Staffing Coordinator at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, where recruitment for accounting and finance professionals was a key responsibility. Cindy began their career as an Audit Assurance Associate at Coopers & Lybrand. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, earned between 1986 and 1991.
