Alan Harris is an experienced Programme Manager and Principal Project Manager with over two decades in project management across various technology firms. At Capita from May 2011 to present, Alan has successfully delivered projects ranging from £100k to over £1m for both external and internal clients. Prior roles include Project Manager at Call Centre Technology (July 2003 - May 2011), and various positions at Avaya (1999 - 2003) including Senior Project Manager and Team Leader Project Management. Alan began the career at Lucent Technologies as a Project Engineer and Project Manager (1996 - 1999), and worked as a Senior Engineer at Datapoint (1991 - 1996). Educationally, Alan holds an HNC in Electronics from Chichester College, completed from 1984 to 1990.
