Ellen Fleming has extensive experience in personnel development and training, currently serving as Leiterin Personalentwicklung und Training at Capita Europe since November 2011 and previously as Personalentwicklerin und Trainerin. Prior roles include Trainerin für Führungskräfte und Kommunikation at Avocis from August 2009 to November 2011 and at adm - Agentur für Direktmarketing from January 2004 to August 2009. Ellen Fleming holds a Magister in Geistes- und Naturwissenschaften from Freie Universität Berlin, completing the degree between 1997 and 2002, and has studied at Leipzig University from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, Ellen Fleming is a certified Systemische Beaterin from the Institut für systemische Beratung Wiesloch.
