Matt Stairs has a diverse work experience in product operations and strategy & operations. Matt is currently the Head of Product Operations at CapIntel, where they lead the development of a platform that improves the sales process for investment professionals and enterprises. Prior to this, Matt worked as the Director of Product at RewardOps, a company disrupting the rewards industry with its engagement commerce platform. Matt also served as a Product Manager at RewardOps, responsible for building and managing rewards programs. Matt's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Strategy & Operations at KPMG.
