Shishir Nigam, CFA, CAIA, currently serves as Vice President of Canadian Portfolio Management at QuadReal Property Group, where responsibilities include oversight of the Canadian portfolio. Previously, Shishir worked at BentallGreenOak for over seven years, holding various leadership roles including Portfolio Manager for significant commercial real estate funds and directing the portfolio analytics team. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Investment Analyst at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, where Shishir managed performance reporting and analytics across asset classes. Additionally, Shishir has been an Independent Long/Short Trader and founded a website analyzing actively-managed ETFs, contributing extensively to financial media. Educational qualifications include CFA and CAIA designations, along with a BBA from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
