James Claggett currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development at QuadReal Property Group, a position held since April 2020, following a tenure as Vice President of Development. From 2002 to April 2020, James was a Director at IBI Group, specializing in real estate and land use planning. James has an extensive background with the Canadian Armed Forces, retiring as a Colonel after serving from April 1987 to December 2013, including roles within the Royal Canadian Armoured Corps and various leadership positions with the Governor General's Horse Guards. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Weston Consulting Group Inc. from June 1991 to June 2002, focusing on land use planning.
