Rosemary Carroll-Marsh is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and operations. Currently serving as the Finance and Operations Manager at Capify UK since April 2017, Rosemary oversees the finance, sales support, and collections teams while reporting to the Finance Director. Previous roles include Financial Controller at Arval BNP Paribas Group, where leadership encompassed managing month-end close processes and ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, as well as senior positions at GE Capital, where responsibilities ranged from financial planning and analysis to inventory control. Rosemary's career began at PwC, progressing from Audit Senior through various finance roles within GE Plastics Ltd, culminating in a robust skill set aimed at driving accuracy and financial growth in dynamic environments. Rosemary holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
