Thorsten Alexander Rall currently serves as the Global Industry Lead for Life Sciences at Capgemini, overseeing strategy, market positioning, and partnerships since January 2023. Prior to this role, Thorsten held key positions at Novartis from December 2015 to January 2023, including Global Head of Digital Transformation & Innovation and Global Head of Digital Strategy and Program Operations. Previous experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company as Associate Principal and a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, as well as internships at Goldman Sachs and Roland Berger. Thorsten holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Diplom in Industrial Engineering and Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, with additional education at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
