Pierre Mariscal has extensive experience in the IT and service delivery sectors, currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the CIS COO at Capgemini since October 2017, following roles including Service Delivery Manager and Operation Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Pierre held senior positions at T-Systems France from June 2014 to October 2016, including Head of Global IT Operations and Head of Partner Management & End-user Services. Pierre’s earlier experience at Steria from October 2007 to May 2014 involved roles such as Executive Delivery Manager and Service Manager, with a focus on service desk management, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. Educational qualifications include an M2 degree in Political Science from Institut d'Etudes Politiques and a Baccalauréat in Literary Studies from Lycée le Mirail.
