Mala Balakrishnan currently serves as Vice President and Head of the Cyber Security Unit at Capgemini in GDC India, a position held since December 2021, while also leading operations as Vice President for Germany and the Netherlands within CIS India. Prior experience includes roles at IBM Global Services India Private Limited as Lead Client Partner for the Financial Services sector, and various positions at IBM, including Executive Director for the India Market and Associate Partner focused on contract delivery and account growth. Earlier career stages featured resource and capacity management and project oversight in the public sector at IBM, as well as project management at Wipro.
