Julie Le Grand is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Capgemini since September 2021, focusing on the Financial Services sector, specifically private banking and wealth management IT recruitment. Previously, from 2013 to 2021, Julie worked as the HR Talent Sourcing & Recruiting Manager at Allianz Suisse, where responsibilities included managing the entire recruitment process and organizing assessments for young talent. Julie also held positions as a Claims Agent at Allianz Suisse and a Communications Intern at Green Cross International, as well as a Human Resources Assistant at UNAIDS.
