Bala Natarajan is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the fields of generative AI, analytics, and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President at Capgemini since September 2015, Bala oversees advisory, pre-sales, and delivery of insights and data services across various global markets. Prior to this, a role as a consultant in the outsourcing sector was held, alongside co-founding Wellth Solutions Pvt Limited, a health tech startup focused on wellness solutions. Bala also worked at Infosys BPO Limited, leading a significant revenue stream in data analytics, and held positions at Ocwen Financial Solutions, Idea Ventures, and CRISIL, where key contributions were made to business development and advisory services. Educational credentials include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Science, and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
