Michelle D. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle started their career as a Human Resources Officer at Illovo Sugar Ltd in 1995 and worked there until 1997. From 1998 to 2003, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Trencor Containers, where they established and managed the HR Department for a start-up manufacturing plant. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Fair Acres Hotel from 2003 to 2009, where they managed HR operations and events planning. In 2009, Michelle joined OEM Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Consultant until 2011. Michelle then became a Human Resources Manager (Group) at HomeChoice from 2011 to 2013.
