Marco Herholdt has been working as a Real Time Analyst at both Capfin since February 2015 and RCS from June 2013 to February 2015. In their current role, Marco is responsible for intra-day monitoring of actual vs. forecasted call center volumes. At their previous job, Marco handled tasks such as reporting administration, extraction of raw data for daily reports, calculation of overtime for all permanent agents, weekly budget reports, and real-time analysis in a live call center environment using Avaya CMS Supervisor. Marco attended Monument Park from 2002 to 2006.
