Lulama Siyo has extensive experience in fraud operations and customer service, currently serving as a Fraud Operations Controller at Capfin since August 2010. In this role, Lulama oversees identity theft management and has held various positions, including Fraud Administrator, where responsibilities included investigating stolen identities and disputes, as well as reviewing vetted documents. Prior to Capfin, Lulama worked as a Customer Service Agent, ensuring operational productivity and quality customer interactions, and served as a Customer Service Consultant at RCS, along with a Sales Consultant role at MWEB focused on acquiring new customers. Education includes a National Certificate in Generic Management from SAQA and a Programme in Forensic and Investigative Auditing from the University of South Africa. Lulama also holds a Grade 12 certificate from Kayamandi High School.
