Florentina Francu has a diverse work experience in finance and project management roles. Florentina is currently serving as the Head of Finance & Business Intelligence at CAPEX.com since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Of Business Intelligence at CAPEX.com from October 2021 to July 2023. From February 2020 to September 2021, they were the Head of IT Business Solution Center for Accounting in Société Générale, where they also took over the coordination of the IT Business Solution Center for Accounting. Additionally, they served as the Head of Architecture, Studies and Transversal Programs in BSC/FIN Bucharest from July 2019 to September 2021. Before joining Société Générale, Florentina was a Finance Project Manager at Group Société Générale in Paris from April 2017 to May 2019, where they contributed to the development and delivery of a new accounting tool for operating leases. Prior to that, they held various positions at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, including Accounting Manager from January 2015 to March 2017, Substitute Accounting Director from October 2013 to September 2014, and Head of Accounting Methodology Department from December 2010 to September 2013. Florentina started their career as an Audit Semi Senior at Deloitte Romania from August 2008 to December 2010.

Florentina Francu has a diverse education history. Florentina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange from Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2008. Florentina then pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the same institution, completing it in 2010. Following that, they became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2012 after completing their ACCA degree. In 2013 and 2018 respectively, they passed Levels I and II of the CFA exams from the CFA Institute. In 2018, they attended the Institute of Project Management and obtained a degree in Project Management Professional. In 2022, they received a certification in Business Analytics: Decision Making Using Data from the University of Cambridge.
