Kara Weaver began their work experience in 2004 as a Boatswain's Mate in the US Navy, where they served until 2012. In 2014, they joined Cape Henry Associates, Inc as a Quality Management Director, a position that they currently hold.

Kara Weaver attended DeVry University from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
