Stephania Bloodworth, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of REALTORS® Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina (RCASENC) since April 2024 and has held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Cape Fear REALTORS® since August 2021. With extensive experience in finance and operations, Stephania previously worked as Chief Financial Officer at MedNorth Health Center and Business Operations Manager at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities included financial reporting, budget preparation, and donor database management. Prior roles include Business Manager at Ken Weeden & Associates, Benefits Coordinator at Worsley Companies, and Accounting Technician II at USS NC Battleship Memorial, among others. Stephania holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
