Julie Bolton, JD, CPRW, currently serves as the Vice President of Quality Enhancement at Cape Abilities, where responsibilities include overseeing the internal Quality Enhancement program and leading the Licensing and Certification processes for various agency programs. Prior to this role, Julie was recognized as an Outstanding Case Manager and later a Quality and Compliance Officer at Cape Abilities, where Julie was heavily involved in accreditation processes. With a background in employment counseling at MassHire Cape & Islands Career Center and extensive recruitment experience across multiple organizations, including international development projects in Cameroon, Julie brings a diverse skill set in compliance, program management, and talent acquisition. Julie holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity Washington University.
