Don Williams is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and product management within the financial sector. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor - Solution Architect Lead at Capco since January 2020, Don has played a pivotal role in the transformation of BMO's IVR systems to a cloud-based solution. Previously, at CIBC, Don led significant HR modernization efforts and contributed to contact center development. With a strong foundation in architecture services gained at CGI and prior roles at CIBC focusing on enterprise messaging and integration, Don has also directed product teams at various organizations, including Worldinsure and Amdocs. Don holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
