Craig Cashman, MSW, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Action Planning Council of Jefferson County, Inc. since July 2022. Previously, Cashman was the Executive Director of the Watershed Agricultural Council, overseeing a $15 million not-for-profit focused on watershed management and recognized for public-private partnerships, serving 9 million NYC residents. Cashman also held the role of Executive Director at Opportunities for Chenango, Inc., leading a team of 100 employees to deliver services to over 3,000 individuals and families annually, and at the Chatham Savannah Authority for Homeless, coordinating regional homeless services. Early career experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Council, focusing on community-based prevention programs. Cashman holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University at Albany.
