Lakshmi K began their work experience as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in 2014. During their time there, they collaborated with IT groups to resolve production issues and developed automated scripts using Python and SQL. Lakshmi also implemented computer vision algorithms for software products.

In 2018, Lakshmi worked as a Machine Learning Intern at EyeVerify, where they built, designed, and evaluated PyTorch modules for biometric face recognition and feature extraction. Lakshmi also performed data collection, cleaning, pre-processing, and feature engineering on large datasets.

Lakshmi then joined Apple as a Data Scientist in 2019. Lakshmi'srole involved various data analysis and manipulation tasks.

In 2020, Lakshmi became a Machine Learning Engineer at KUNGFU.AI.

Most recently, in 2021, Lakshmi joined Capacity as a Software Developer on the AI team.

Lakshmi K started their education in 2010 and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in computer science from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. Lakshmi then pursued further education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Masters degree in Data Science. Additionally, Lakshmi earned several certifications in 2018, including "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization" by deeplearning.ai on Coursera, "Machine Learning" by Stanford University on Coursera, "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" by deeplearning.ai on Coursera, and "Structuring Machine Learning Projects" by deeplearning.ai on Coursera.
