Theo Schütz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Theo is currently serving as the CTO of cap-on, a fintech company specializing in pay-per-use asset financing and subscription models for the manufacturing industry. In addition to managing cap-on's off-balance financial benefits, they also oversee their IIoT technology for data analysis purposes to increase asset longevity and minimize production downtime.

Theo is also a Co-Founder of ClimateGrid, a company that focuses on climate-related solutions.

Prior to their current roles, they worked at DKB | Deutsche Kreditbank AG as an IT Team Lead, Product Owner, and Business Analyst. During their time there, they contributed to digital transformation initiatives and led a team in software development and UX design.

In addition to their formal education, Theo has obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO) from Scrum.org in July 2021 and IT-Projektmanagement from LinkedIn in January 2021.
