Philipp Lenz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Philipp currently serves as the Co-Founder & CEO of cap-on GmbH, a fintech company that develops digital pay-per-use and asset-as-a-service solutions for industrial clients. Philipp is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and implementing its full-service offerings. Prior to this role, they held positions at Lenz & Gomez GmbH and ClimateGrid as a Gesellschafter and Co-Founder, respectively. Philipp also worked as a Projektleitung - Business Development at S.D.L. Süddeutsche Leasing AG and as a Partner Account Manager at CANCOM. Additionally, they gained experience in academic settings, serving as a Member of the Didactic Commission and Student Representative at the Economics Faculty Council at Freie Universität Bozen. Moreover, they worked as a Product & Innovation Manager at AL-KO KOBER GROUP and as a Working Student at Lenz und Gomez Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. Philipp started their career with internships at Wilhelm Gienger KG and DLD Conference, where they gained valuable experience in the field of digital innovation and conferences.

Philipp Lenz attended the International School Augsburg -ISA- gAG from 2005 to 2017, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate degree. Philipp then went on to study at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano from 2017 to 2020, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Betriebsführung / Economics and Management. Additionally, in 2019 to 2020, Philipp also studied at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna as a Free-Mover, pursuing a Bachelor in Economics and Management.
