Dr. Fabian Lenz has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. In 2023, they became a Gesellschafter at Lenz & Gomez GmbH. Prior to that, in 2021, they co-founded ClimateGrid and cap-on, where they served as the Co-Founder and Head of Legal. Dr. Fabian also worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Gleiss Lutz from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they gained legal experience as a Rechtsreferendar at Oberlandesgericht München and honert + partner mbB from 2019 to 2021. Dr. Lenz began their career as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter and later a Studentische Hilfskraft at Universität Augsburg, where they worked in the Juristische Fakultät under Prof. Dr. Martina Benecke, focusing on Bürgerliches Recht, Handels-, Arbeits- und Wirtschaftsrecht.

Dr. Fabian Lenz completed their first legal state examination, known as "Erste Juristische Staatsprüfung," from the University of Augsburg. Dr. Fabian pursued this degree from 2011 to 2016.
