Shah Alum is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in eCRM and email marketing. Currently serving as Vice President, Digital at J.P. Morgan since July 2016, Shah previously held various roles including eCRM Manager for EMEA and Manager of Marketing Solutions at Naked Communications Europe. Prior experience includes positions as a Consultant at emocial digital, e-Marketing Consultant at Wildfire HQ Marketing, Campaign Manager at Intela, and Digital Producer at eBay Enterprise, where significant contributions were made to high-revenue clients such as British Airways and Microsoft. Shah began a professional journey at Emailvision, managing SME accounts and supporting email marketing strategies. Educationally, Shah holds a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster.
