Nitish Nayak has a diverse work experience. Nitish currently works as a Big Data Engineer at CanWill Technologies where they are involved in developing eDiscovery software using AI for data mining of PHI/PII. Nitish uses various technologies like SQL, Elasticsearch, Docker, RabbitMQ, and AWS services for data processing. Nitish also interacts with clients, gathers requirements, and performs POC.

Prior to this, Nitish worked at Axis Technical Group as a Senior Software Engineer and R&D. Here, they worked on core modules of the products, focusing on developing engines for data extraction from structured and unstructured documents using OCR, NLP, and pattern recognition. Nitish also developed rule-based engines for classifications and classification engines using fuzzy algorithms, machine learning techniques, and open-source libraries.

Before Axis Technical Group, Nitish worked at Aloha Technology Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Developer. Their responsibilities included database designing, handling complex UI designs, managing a team of developers, and requirement gathering.

Overall, Nitish has gained expertise in Big Data engineering, software development, and database management throughout their professional career.

Nitish Nayak completed their Bachelor of Information Technology (BScIT) degree at Model College from 2006 to 2009. Nitish then pursued a CDAC program in Information Technology at Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Management in 2010. Nitish furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology & Operations from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
