Barbara Yaffe is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in various prestigious media organizations. Currently a columnist for Canwest Global Communications and serving as a business columnist and editorial writer for the Vancouver Sun since 1995, Barbara Yaffe has a rich background that includes roles as a correspondent for CBC National Television news and a parliamentary press gallery/Atlantic correspondent for The Globe and Mail. Barbara Yaffe's work has been recognized with the Roland Michener Award for Public Service Journalism in 1979. Educationally, Barbara Yaffe holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Toronto and McGill University, supplemented by studies at Carleton University.
