In earlier roles, Mallory worked as Loan Production Manager and Director of Branch Operations at LeaderOne Financial, focusing on marketing, customer improvement, and relationship building with key lending agencies and real estate brokers. Additionally, Mallory managed retail branch operations at BBVA Compass, emphasizing sales, service, and operational efficiency. Mallory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado between 2005 and 2009.
