Lucy Datyner is an experienced product designer with a diverse background in design leadership and research. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer for GenAI at Canva since December 2022, Lucy has previously held the role of Lead Product Designer at Macquarie Group, where Lucy was the founding designer for an enterprise software application and managed a small design team. Lucy's consulting experience includes work on iOS and web applications for startups in various sectors. Additionally, Lucy has contributed to behavioral science research at the University of Sydney and UNWS, focusing on attention and learning. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication with Honours from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Psychology from UNSW.
