Julie Dolan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people technology and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of People Technology Enablement at Canva since April 2021, Julie leads a team dedicated to enhancing the digital people experience for Canvanauts globally. Prior to this role, Julie was the Recruiting Enablement Lead at Canva, overseeing operations and strategies to meet talent challenges. Julie's previous experience includes roles at Commonwealth Bank, where as Change Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations, Julie managed transformation projects and supported talent acquisition innovations. Julie holds several degrees, including a Master of Arts in Film & Television and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Dublin City University, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Sales & PR from Dublin Business School.
