Jay Alexander Santos is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in growth marketing and design at Canva since November 2014. Currently serving as the Head of Creative for Global Growth Marketing, Jay plays a vital role in scaling creative production and localization to enhance performance across various international markets. Previously, Jay held positions as Design Lead for Global Performance Marketing, Communications Designer for International Growth and Paid Media, and Designer for Marketplace and Special Projects, where a focus on user acquisition and revenue growth was paramount. Before joining Canva, Jay was a Designer at Primer Group of Companies, developing marketing campaigns for well-known brands. Jay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Arts from the University of Santo Tomas.
