Will Griggs has a diverse work experience in the music industry, starting with their role as Co-Founder of Cantora in 2005. During their time at Cantora, they built businesses in live experience, technology, and music, and developed entertainment projects that brought new experiences to music fans via technology. Will also founded Cantora Records, a record label that launched the careers of various artists.
In 2009, Griggs worked as a Talent Buyer for Brooklyn Bowl, where they handled all in-house talent buying and booked performances with a range of well-known artists. Will also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Cornerstone Promotion, where they promoted content for artists and assisted with marketing plans and online promotional campaigns.
Griggs has also held positions at companies like the Mainframe Group, where they co-founded and served as Principal, and PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager Hotel, where they worked as the Artistic Director in Residence for Public Arts. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant for the Accelerator for Media Pros, aiding in its creation and development.
Griggs is currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at HIFI, a financial rights organization for the music industry. In this role, they build empowering financial products and services for independent music professionals and their advocates.
