Lori Pennay is a seasoned professional in human resources and legal affairs, currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at Cantor Fitzgerald. Previously, Lori held the role of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Credit Suisse and has extensive experience as an Employment Attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Early in the career, Lori worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and as a High School English and Communications Teacher at Teach For America. Lori holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with High Distinction Honors from Penn State University.
