Jay Jang assists a large portfolio of Korean clients with patent and design in a wide variety of industries, involving technologies such as semiconductor devices and processing methods, mechanical engineering, nanotechnology, optics, chemical engineering, chemistry, metallurgy and ceramics, automotive technology, and energy. Jay has been a patent consultant at MOSAID Technologies Inc. and Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, both in Ottawa, Canada, and at Koreana Patent Law Firm, Central International Law Firm, and NAM & NAM World Patent Law Firm in Seoul, Korea prior to working at Cantor Colburn. He has also worked at the Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety at Taejeon, Korea, as a nuclear safety inspector and a senior researcher.
