Margaret Lapinski has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Pharmacy Tech at Kinney Drugs until January 2012. In 2013, they interned as a Fitness Instructor at the ProActive Kids Foundation from April to June. Margaret then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Town and Country Vet Clinic from August 2013 to June 2014. Since December 2014, they have been working at Canton Central School, initially as a Teacher Aide from December 2014 to June 2015, and then as the Head Girls Varsity Track and Field Coach since March 2015.

Margaret Lapinski completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Exercise Science at North Central College from 2009 to 2013. Margaret then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Teaching (MST) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the State University of New York College at Potsdam from 2015 to 2016.
