Oumayma Bouasri is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various restaurant settings. Current roles include Line Cook at OLIVERS RESTAURANT, Kelly O'Bryan's Restaurant, Carlos O'Bryan's Pub, Smittys Restaurant, and Cantina Del Centro, along with serving as Lead Line Cook at Wok Box. Oumayma has been part of the culinary team at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts since January 2017 as a Commis de cuisine. Oumayma's formal education includes a degree in Technicien cuisine from L'institut spécialiser de l'hotellerie et de la restauration a Marrakech, completed between 2016 and 2018.
