Jackie Dudgeon-MacDonald currently serves as the Sales Support Lead at CANTERRA SEEDS since December 2023 and is the Vice President of the Board for the Manitoba Canola Growers Association, acting as a representative for Manitoba Canola farmers. As a co-owner of North Shade Cattle Co, Jackie is involved in various aspects of the family business, including bookkeeping, financial management, and marketing. Previously, Jackie held roles such as National Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager at Farmers Edge, where responsibilities included leading a sales team and collaborating with senior leadership. Experience also includes serving as Territory Sales Manager at CANTERRA SEEDS and as Sales Agronomist/General Manager at JL Agronomics Ltd, where strategic planning and business growth were emphasized. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Agricultural Business and Management from the University of Manitoba, a Certified Crop Science Consultant credential from the University of Saskatchewan, a B.Sc. in Business/Managerial Economics from The University of Winnipeg, and an Interior Design Diploma from The Interior Design Institute.
