Michelle Shields is a seasoned consultant and educator with extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development across various sectors, including energy, healthcare, aviation, and agriculture. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Fulcrum Associates since October 2013, Michelle has led numerous projects focused on leadership development, performance management, and competency frameworks for prominent organizations such as Air New Zealand, Emirates Airlines, and the Jumeirah Group. Additionally, Michelle serves as a Professor of Practice in Leadership at the University of Canterbury and brings a strong academic foundation with a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University and an MS in Organizational Development & Behavior from Eastern Michigan University.
