Jamie Mahmutyazicioglu

Senior Product Strategist at Canopy

Jamie Mahmutyazicioglu started their work experience in 2012 as a Supervisor at English Language Holiday, where they managed and led trips and activities for children aged 7 to 15. This role developed their leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. From 2015 to 2017, they volunteered as a lengths-man for the National Trust, maintaining pathways in the Brecon Beacons and developing a strong work ethic. In 2016, Jamie volunteered as part of a group expedition to Japan, where they worked with mentally disabled children and young men to integrate them back into society.

In 2017, Jamie joined Ford Motor Company and had various roles, including CV Planning and Strategy Analyst, Exhaust Engineer, and Electrified Powertrain Engineering. They also worked as a Product Strategist, specializing in Business Operations and Development at Ford X. In 2022, Jamie joined Canopy as a Senior Product Strategist - Vehicle Lead.

Jamie Mahmutyazicioglu attended The Castle School from 2006 to 2011. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, they studied at Richard Huish College. Finally, from 2013 to 2017, Jamie Mahmutyazicioglu pursued their Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.
