Oriana Ascanio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, customer services, and communication. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Events Manager EMEA and Client Development Manager UK+I at Foundever, Oriana specializes in designing and delivering customer services for various sectors, including banks and retailers, to enhance customer loyalty and revenue. As a volunteer Chief Customer Officer in Residence at Canopy Community, Oriana supports entrepreneurs and innovators in achieving their goals. Additionally, Oriana is an active member of Women in CX â„¢ and plays a key role in the communications team at TEDxExeter. Formerly at Apple, Oriana worked as a Key Account Manager, Business Pro, and Creative, focusing on empowering businesses and customers through technology.
